1. Returns and refunds are not supported
    Hygiene reasons: Disposable tableware is a personal hygiene product. Opening it may affect its secondary sales. To protect the rights and interests of all customers, we cannot accept returns of opened or used goods.
    Customized products: If you order a customized product with a logo, specific size or color, as it cannot be resold, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
    Special Offer/Clearance Items: Items clearly marked as “Special Offer” or “Clearance” are final sales items and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If the goods you receive have any of the following problems, please contact customer service (rhizitude@cvddtableware.com) within 48 hours after signing for receipt and provide evidence (such as photos, videos) :
    Severe damage caused by transportation (if the outer packaging is intact, it is regarded as no problem).
    The product is seriously inconsistent with the order description (such as wrong delivery or missing delivery).
    We will reissue or provide partial compensation for you as the situation requires, but we do not accept returns.

    We will reply with the solution within three working days.
  4. Other explanations
    This policy does not affect your legal rights (such as legal protection for quality issues of the goods).
